VORPP is a not for profit organization run by a board of governors.

The project´s Board of Governors consists of all stakeholders, including judges, lawyers, representatives from police, prison and prosecution departments, mediators, social workers and civil society organizations.

The program's services are mainly directed towards the vulnerable groups of Women and Juvenile offenders. In addition, targeted activities are also designed for groups which are good candidates for rehabilitation and require family support . All services are to be provided free of cost.
