VORPP endeavors to institutionalize Restorative Justice System in Pakistan along with providing capacity building for families especially women and children by

• Increasing awareness of restorative justice options among the legal system's many constituents.
• Identifying and developing specialized restorative justice programs and services.
• Implementing Restorative Justice processes permitted by statutes.
• Providing technical assistance to the trial courts to integrate restorative justice processes within the traditional litigation system.
• Evaluating Restorative Justice programs.
• Recommending appropriate amendments in court rules and statutes, to the higher judiciary and legislature.
• Doing an initial assessment of families' needs in order to identify and plan the support needed.
• Guiding communities, families and individuals about the other local service provisions available with local or provincial government.
• Assessing parenting skills and helping people to build physical and emotional caring abilities through a range of practical activities.
• Helping children with learning and development
• Coaching, mentoring and motivating families
